Let's Talk Turkey!

During the month of November there was a lot of 'turkey talk' coming from our classroom.

We reflected upon the things we were most thankful for in life (family, friends, food, shelter, etc.) and had a ton of fun making many turkey projects.

We made turkeys by playing the game Roll-A-Turkey.

 We made handprint turkeys.

 We made hanging turkeys.

 We even disguised turkeys (so they wouldn't be eaten)!

We also had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration as a class.  

In honor of the poor old bird... we feasted on pizza!
