Healthy Lifestyles Week - Day #2 & #3

On Tuesday we pledged to 'Unplug' from Electronics.  Many students fulfilled the challenge of getting active after school instead of getting on the computer, playing video games, using an iPod, or another electronic device.

On Wednesday we celebrated 'Hydration Day.'  We learned that our body is 70% water and that we need to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.  The Kincaid PTA and Able Body Shop donated a water bottle for every student at Kincaid and then as a class we walked down to the hydration station to fill our water bottles up with purified water.

In the spirit of H2O Day... we all wore blue.
