A 'HOWL'ing Good Time

The HOWL Book Parade was a ton of fun!

We got dressed up as some of our favorite book characters and marched around the entire school to show off our love of reading!

There were a lot of fun costumes this year...
Rayna was a 'Wee Little Witch'.
Kali came dressed as the Owl from 'Owl At Home'.
Kyle showed off one of his favorite book characters... Franklin.
Luke educated us on the skeletal system with his book entitled 'The Human Body'.
We all enjoyed Will's book 'The Digging-est Dog'.
Desirae was dressed up perfectly pink as Pinkalicous.
Mark was a picture perfect Harry Potter.
Clara was a very sweet Cindy Lou Who.
Dane was a boy from the Box Car Children book series.
Marissa was a pretty pink cowgirl from the book 'Every Cowgirl Needs A Horse'.
Paxton paraded around with Arthur.
Delaney was a soccer star and proudly displayed the book 'Women's Soccer: The Game and The World Cup'.
Madison showed off the duck from the book 'Giggle Giggle Quack'.
Kaden bravely carried around the intriguing tale of the Gruffalo (my personal FAVORITE).
Tiana was a princess from the Disney story collection 'Wishes Come True'.
Sam was the main character from the story 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs'.
I was the feline from the book 'If You Give A Cat A Cupcake'.

What a fun way to stay motivated to read!
