Polar Bear Presentation

Our classroom was extremely lucky to have Karyn Rode come speak to us about her life's work studying polar bears in the Arctic.  She shared amazing photos as well as brought in a polar bear hide, tracker device, claws, and skulls for the students to touch and explore. Our class will be learning about Alaskan animals in the spring so we were very excited to have Ms. Rode share her wealth of information on Alaska's largest bear with us!
