Oh Help! Oh No! It's a GRUFFALO!

The class earned their first success celebration of the school year by displaying stellar student behavior as a group. We decided to celebrate 'Gruffalo' style!
Who is the Gruffalo? Why didn't you know...

He is a terrible creature with terrible claws and he has terrible teeth in his terrible jaws.
He has knobbly knees, turned out toes, and a poisonous wart on the end of his nose.
His eyes are orange, his tongue is black, and he has purple prickles all over his back.

Earlier this week we received our very own Gruffalo in the mail.
Today we re-read the story The Gruffalo written by Julia Donaldson.
Then we watched The Gruffalo DVD.
Last we ate Gruffalo cupcakes. THANK YOU FOR BAKING & DECORATING MRS. BRACCO - YOU ARE AMAZING!!!
What a wonderful day of Gruffalo FUN!
